PRODUCTION AREA:
The grapes used to produce this wine come from the vineyards in Belvedere Ostrense and San Marcello in the province of Ancona.

ALTITUDE:
250 mt. Above sea level.

CULTIVATION OF THE VINEYARD:
Low spurred cordon method on sloping hills, with mainly clay and limy soil.

GRAPES PRODUCED PER VINE:
1 - 1,5 Kg. (about)

WINE MAKING:
Soft pressing of the grapes placed in small boxes with destemming, controlled temperature fermentation in steel vats. 12-14 days maceration with pressing.

AGEING:
50% of this wine is aged for about 6 months in small 225 litres french oak barrels, this makes it more harmonious and enhances its refined bouquet.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERS:
Rich ruby red colour, vivacious and bright. Fresh aroma, with an intense scent of violet, fruits of the forest and spices. Warm and robust flavour, full bodied, pleasent and armonious.

ACCOMPANIAMENTS:
Its organolectic characteristics make it a wine that ideally accompanies first main dishes and second meat dishes, boiled as well as roasted.

IDEAL SERVING TEMPERATURE:
16-18 degrees

PRESERVATION:
It is advisable to keep the bottle in a cool and ventilated place, protecting it from any source of heat and light and also from noise or eccessive vibrations.
