The grapes used to produce this wine come from the best vineyards in Belvedere Ostrense and San Marcello in the province of Ancona.

CULTIVATION OF THE VINEYARD:
Low spurred cordon method on sloping hills, with mainly clay and limy soil.
GRAPES PRODUCED PER VINE:
2 Kg. (about)
Soft pressing of the grapes with destemming, controlled temperature fermentation in thermally controlled steel vats. 6 days maceration with pressing.
This type does not need ageing. The Lacrima di Morro d'Alba wine is at its best during the first years.
Ruby red colour. Distinguished floral scent, of rosehip and spices. Full, elegant, medium bodied flavour, which enhances aromas.
A classic wine ideal for every dish, which goes well with starters, first courses and light second courses. Served slighly chilled is excellent with the typical Ancona style dried cod.
IDEAL SERVING TEMPERATURE:
It is advisable to store the bottle in a cool and ventilated place, protecting it from any source of heat and light.
