PRODUCTION AREA:
The grapes used to produce this wine come from the best vineyard in Ostra in the province of Ancona.
ALTITUDE:
200-250 mt. Above sea level.
CULTIVATION OF THE VINE:
Double Guyot system on sloping hills with mainly clay soil.
GRAPES PER VINE:
2-2,5 Kg. (about)
WINE MAKING:
Soft pressing of the whole grapes, decanting the pomace and controlled temperature fermentation in thermally conditioned steel vats at 18-20 degrees.
AGEING:
No ageing is needed, only 6 months ageing in the bottles.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Straw colour. Intense and fine aroma, persistantly fruity and flowery, which reminds of Golden apples. The taste is full bodied, harmonious and persistant, dry and equilibrated.
ACCOMPANIAMENTS:
Typical fish, fruits of the sea and starter wine. Thanks to its structure it can also be enjoyed with delicate first courses.
IDEAL SERVING TEMPERATURE:
8-10 degrees
PRESERVATION:
It is advisable to keep the bottle in a cool and ventilated place, protecting if from any source of heat and light.
