The grapes used in the production of this wine come from our vineyards located in the town of Ostra in the province of Ancona.

CULTIVATION OF THE VINEYARD:
System Cordon of low hills with good slopes and soils predominantly clay and limestone of medium consistency.

The harvest is hand-made. The bunch previously selected and dissected, only the upper part is collected for the production of this wine. The vinification of the grapes after destalking, occurs in tonneau (small vessel in Wood 500 liters) for about 25 days with daily punching.
From 15 to 20 months, always using the same tonneau used for making wine. The wine continues to refine in the bottle for about six months before being sold.
Deep ruby red color. Scent of fruit; cherry and morello cherry, spices such as nutmeg juniper and rosemary. The palate with great structure and concentration on the finish leaves the pleasure and sweetness of soft and elegant tannins.
A wine of great structure, this can be matched with red meat dishes, stews, baked goose, venison, which, Wild Boar, Roe Deer, etc... Long aging is a meditation wine.
IDEAL SERVING TEMPERATURE:
We recommend keeping the bottle on its side in a cool and ventilated place, protecting it from any source of heat and light from noise and excessive vibration.
