CULTIVATION OF THE VINEYARD:
Low spurred cordon system on sloping hills, with mainly clay and limy soil.
GRAPES PRODUCED PER VINE:
2 - 2,5 Kg. (about)
After the white vinification, fermentation takes place in stell tanks at controlled temperatures.
Color; pale pink.
Bouquet; delicate and elegant with hints of red berries, cherries and strawberries and subtle spicy notes.
Taste; excellent frechness and minerality, good persistence.
Very versatile wine goes well with, peak, pasta, rice, appetizer, white meats, baked fish and soup, cheese and salami.
IDEAL SERVING TEMPERATURE:
It is advisable to keep the bottle in a cool and ventilated place, protecting if from any source of heat and light.
