The grapes used to produce this wine come from the best vineyard site in the municipality of San Marcello in the province of Ancona.

CULTIVATION OF THE VINEYARD:
System Cordon of low hills with good slopes and soils predominantly clay and limestone of medium consistency.

The grape harvest in crates, is macerated in stainless steel tanks for 12 days. At the end of this period of carbonic maceration the grapes are pressed and the must is continuing its natural fermentation for about 15 days. After fermentation, the wine is bottled.
In this version there is no aging. The Novello wine expresses its best characteristics in the first year of life.

We recommend keeping the bottle on its side in a cool and ventilated place, protecting it from any source of heat and light from noise and excessive vibration.
