PRODUCTION AREA:
The grapes used to produce this wine, come from our vineyard in Belvedere Ostrense in the province of Ancona.

VINEYARD CHARACTERISTICS:
Low spurred cordon method on sloping hills, with mainly clay and limy soil.
GRAPES PRODUCED PER VINE:
2 Kg. (about)
WINE MAKING:
Soft pressing of the grapes with destemming, controllled temperature fermentation in thermally controlled steel vats, with 6 days maceration with pressing.
MATURATION:
Maturation in steel about 5 months, subsequent refinement in bottle at least 2 months before being put on the market.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Ruby red color.
Distinguished floral scent, of rosehip and spices.
Full, elegant, medium bodied flavour, which enhances aromas.
GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS:
Wine ideal for every dish, which goes well with starters, first courses and light second courses.
Served slighly chilled is excellent with the typical Ancona style dried cod.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE:
16 - 18 °C
PRESERVATION:
It is advisable to keep the bottle in a cool and ventilated place, protecting it from any source of heat and light.
