The grapes used to produce this wine, come from our vineyard in Ostra in the province of Ancona.

Double Guyot system on sloping hills, with mainly clay soil.
GRAPES PRODUCED PER VINE:
3 - 3,5 Kg. (about)
Soft pressing of the whole grapes, decanting the pomace and controlled temperature fermentation in thermally conditioned steel vats at 18 - 20 °C.
Maturation in steel about 5 months, subsequent refinement in bottle at least 2 months before being put on the market.
Persistantly fruity and flowery.
Harmonious and persistant flavor, dry and equilibrated.
Excellent pairing with generale appetizers, fresh and semi-mature cheeses.
10 - 12 °C
It is advisable to keep the bottle in a cool and ventilated place, protecting it from any source of heat and light.
