PRODUCTION AREA:
The grapes used to produce this wine, come from our best vineyard in Ostra in the province of Ancona.

VINEYARD CHARACTERISTICS:
Low spurred cordon system on sloping hills, with mainly clay and limy soil of medium consistency.
GRAPES PRODUCED PER VINE:

HARVESTING AND VINIFICATION:
The harvest is done strictly by hand, with well-ripe and homogeneous bunches, previously "prepared and slected".
The vinification of the grapes after destalking, occurs in Tonneau (small tank of wood of 500 liters) for about 25 days with daily punching.
MATURATION:
It matures directly in french oak Tonneau of 500 litres at least 36 months and subsequent refinement in the bottle for at least 12 months before being put on the market.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Deep mauve red color.
Fruity scent of black currant and strawberry, a floral that expresse itself with rose and cloves, spicy hints with a prevalence of green pepper, nutmeg and nuances of leather.
Velvety mouth with sweet, juicy, enveloping and elegant tannic texture.
GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS:
A wine of great structure, well suited to long-aged cheeses and red meat main courses, stews, baked goose and game, like wild boar, roe deer and fallow deer.
Long aged, it is a meditation wine.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE:
18 - 20 °C
PRESERVATION:
We recommend keeping the bottle on its side in a cool and ventilated place, protecting it from any source of heat, light and excessive noise and vibrations.
