The grapes used to produce this typology, come from our vineyard in San Marcello in the province of Ancona.

Maceration of sour cherries and sugar at controlled temperature, to obtain a thick and aromatic syrup, which will be used for the refermentation of the wine.
Glossy ruby red with amaranth highlights.
On the nose, aromas of morello cherry, fleshy and ripe strawberry with berries and intense hints of roses.
On the palate it is soft, sweet and fruity. Along the sweet finish.
It is a drink after a meal.
Perfect with all desserts, especially with chocolate, with tarts and dry desserts.

It is advisable to keep the bottle in a cool and ventilated place, protecting it from any source of heat, light and excessive noise and vibrations.
