CULTIVATION OF THE VINEYARD:
Low spurred cordon method on sloping hills, with mainly clay and limy soil.
GRAPES PRODUCED PER VINE:
2 Kg. (about)
Direct pressing of the destemmed grapes, elimination of any contact with the skins.
Cleansing of the must and subsequent fermentation directly in an autoclave at a low temperature (14 - 15 °C.).
At the right time, the autoclave is closed and the wine ends the fermentation enriching itself with carbon dioxide for about 2 - 3 months.
Rosé color with yellow reflections.
Fine and very elegant aroma with notes of red fruits, cherry, wild strawberries and subtle spicy hints.
Taste of excellent freshness and minerality, good persistence.
Sparkling wine for the whole meal, it goes well with appetizers, first courses and light second courses.

It is advisable to keep the bottle in a cool and ventilated place, protecting it from any source of heat and light.
