The grapes used to produce this sparkling wine, come from our vineyard in Belvedere Ostrense in the province of Ancona.

Low spurred cordon method on sloping hills, with mainly clay and limy soil.
GRAPES PRODUCED PER VINE:

Direct pressing of the destemmed grapes, elimination of any contact with the skins.
Cleansing of the must and subsequent fermentation directly in an autoclave at a low temperature (14 - 15 °C.).
Charmat method long fermentation in autoclave with an period on yeasts of 3 months.
Bright pink color.
Fine and very elegant aroma with notes of red fruits, cherry and wild strawberries.
Taste of excellent freshness and minerality, good persistence.
Sparkling wine for the whole meal, it goes well with appetizers, first courses and light second courses.

It is advisable to keep the bottle in a cool and ventilated place, protecting it from any source of heat and light.
