The grapes used to produce this wine, come from our best vineyards in Belvedere Ostrense and San Marcello in the province of Ancona.

CULTIVATION OF THE VINEYARD:
Low spurred cordon method on sloping hills, with mainly clay and limy soil.
GRAPES PRODUCED PER VINE:

Soft pressing of the grapes with destemming, controllled temperature fermentation in thermally controlled steel vats, with 6 days maceration with pressing.
This version does not need ageing, only an ageing in bottle for about 6 months.
The Lacrima di morro d’alba expresses its best characteristics in the first years of life.

Distinguished floral scent, of rosehip and spices.
Full, elegant, medium bodied flavour, which enhances aromas.
A classic wine ideal for every dish, which goes well with starters, first courses and light second courses.
Served slighly chilled is excellent with the typical Ancona style dried cod.
