PRODUCTION AREA:
The grapes used to produce this wine, come from our vineyard in Belvedere Ostrense in the province of Ancona.
VINEYARD ALTITUDE:
250 mt. Above sea level
VINEYARD CHARACTERISTICS:
Low spurred cordon method on sloping hills, with mainly clay and limy soil.
GRAPES PRODUCED PER VINE:
1 - 1,5 Kg. (about)
WINE MAKING:
Soft pressing of the grapes placed in small boxes with destemming, controlled temperature fermentation in steel vats, with 12 - 14 days maceration with pressing.
MATURATION:
The 50% of this wine, mature about 6 months in french oak barrique of 225 litres, this makes it more harmonious and enhances its refined bouquet. After this period, it is reunited in the steel with the other 50% and finishing the maturation for about other 8 months. Then finish the refinement in bottle at least 6 months before being put on the market.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Rich ruby red color, vivacious and bright.
Fresh aroma, with an intense scent of violet, fruits of the forest and spices.
Warm and robust flavour, full bodied, pleasent and armonious.
GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS:
Its organolectic characteristics, make it a wine that ideally accompanies first main dishes and second meat dishes, boiled as well as roasted.

18 - 20 °C
PRESERVATION:
It is advisable to keep the bottle in a cool and ventilated place, protecting it from any source of heat, light and excessive noise and vibrations.
